In particular, the sliding door and ceiling paintings are said to be by Kano Mitsunobu. In the hall of worship, there is a Kawarake-throwing ceremony, which is mentioned in the Tale of the Heike. It is said that if you write your wish on a small unglazed plate and throw it toward the torii gate standing on the rocky shore, your wish will be fulfilled when you pass through the gate. *The interior of the main shrine is not open to the public."
