Daitakuji Temple

Ryuzuzan Osawa Temple is known as the 20th Buddhist pilgrimage site in Jiangsu Ika. The 20th temple in Jiangzhou Iko is an important Buddhist pilgrimage site in the Jiangzhou region. The area is blessed with abundant nature and is much loved by many people. The area is also home to many temples and shrines with rich histories, providing cultural experiences for visitors. The principal image of Osawa-dera Temple is said to have been carved by Gyoki Bodhisattva himself in the first year of Jingi. However, the hall was destroyed by fire during the Battle of Dokugatake in Tensho 11, but the statue of the Kannon was moved by villagers to Kanzanji Temple in Sakaguchi, Yogo Town and escaped the disaster. The statue was temporarily enshrined in Reiozan Kannonji Temple (Kuroda Kannonji Temple), but in 1879, the hall was rebuilt at its present location, where it remains to this day.
