Kurokabe Square is an area in Nagahama City, Shiga Prefecture, characterized by its old emotional townscape. In this area, glass stores, galleries, glass studios, hands-on classes, restaurants, and cafes that make use of old architecture from the Edo and Meiji periods are gathered together. It is the most popular tourist spot in Kohoku, Shiga Prefecture, attracting approximately 2 million visitors annually.
