It is located at the end of the Parkway and has been admired since ancient times for its spectacular view of Oku-Biwako, the most intricate part of the shoreline. It was once called Kanehiki Hill. The water of the lake is a beautiful blue color, and the contrast with the green of the ridge deeply touches the heart. There is a parking lot in the vicinity, and many visitors come to the high ground with a great view to relax and refresh themselves at the rest area.
